Many people want to take advantage of both a screen roof area and a solid roof area. We can design it for you. Below is a wonderful design where the customer backed up to a wooded preserve and wanted the advantage of having an area that still felt open to the outdoors but, also have an area that was covered. Since they do entertain quite often, they wanted an area in case of rain that could still be used without having to retreat back into the house. This way they can enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful Florida weather without the bugs and still have an area to entertain on the rainy days. The best of both worlds!!
