Lifetime Enclosures – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lifetime Enclosures website (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Website immediately.

2. Services

Lifetime Enclosures provides screen enclosures, patios, sunrooms, and related outdoor living solutions. All services are governed by separate written agreements. Website content is informational only and does not create contractual obligations.

3. Estimates, Proposals & Scope Changes

All estimates and proposals are non-binding until executed in writing. Final pricing may change due to site conditions, measurement variances, or customer-requested changes. Any scope changes must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges and may impact cost and timelines. 

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be required prior to permitting, engineering, or material orders. Payment schedules are defined in customer contracts or invoices. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension, rescheduling, or termination of services. Late payments may incur fees as permitted by Florida law.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If cancellation occurs after permitting, engineering, or material procurement has begun, the customer is responsible for costs incurred, including labor, materials, restocking fees, and administrative expenses.responsible for all associated costs. Deposits may be non-refundable as stated in the contract.

6. Permits & Approvals

Lifetime Enclosures may assist with permitting; however, permit approval timelines are governed by local municipalities and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Scheduling & Delays

Installation timelines are estimates only. Lifetime Enclosures is not responsible for delays caused by weather, inspections, permitting delays, material shortages, acts of God or events beyond reasonable control.

8. Warranties

Any warranties are provided in writing and vary by product or service. Manufacturer warranties are governed solely by the manufacturer. Except as expressly stated, no implied warranties are provided.

9. Construction Liens

In accordance with Florida law, Lifetime Enclosures reserves the right to file a construction lien for unpaid labor, services, or materials. Customers acknowledge receipt of any required lien notices as part of the contracting process.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Lifetime Enclosures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within Duval County in Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Intellectual Property

All Website content including text, images, trademarks, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of Lifetime Enclosures and may not be used without written permission.

13. Third-Party Links

This Website may contain links to third-party websites. Lifetime Enclosures is not responsible for third-party websites linked from this Website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
